Don\u2019t Say Daubert\u201d (DSD) is a joint project of\u00a0Lawyers for Civil Justice<\/a>, DRI, International Association of Defense Counsel, and Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel dedicated to reforming federal and state civil rules governing the admission of expert evidence in civil courts.<\/p>\n

We support correct interpretations of Amended Federal Rule of Evidence 702, which took effect in December of 2023 and encourage states to update their analog evidentiary standards to ensure only reliable science reaches juries.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
